The Flagship City Show Chorus (formerly Presque Isle Sweet Adelines Chorus) - Erie's best kept secret
The Flagship City Show Chorus is Erie's answer to an exciting musical experience. It is the only women's chorus in the area affiliated with Sweet Adelines International, a non-profit organization committed to advancing and preserving the musical art form of Barbershop harmony through education and performance.
As theThe Presque Isle Sweet Adelines Chorus, the Flagship City Show Chorus has performed on many stages in the Erie community. Events weyou havemay beenhave seen us at are:include: Mercyhurst Fourth of July Celebration, Land Lighthouse Dedication, Celebrate Erie, North East Wine Fest, Christmas Lighting Ceremony, SchoolHouse Craft Fair, Erie's Festival of the Arts, Dan Rice Days, the Erie County Fair and many others. We also provide musical entertainment for residents of the VA hospital and many nursing homes in the area.
In keeping with our commitment to musical education, we have instituted the annual TEEN SING competition, providing Erie Area high school students the opportunity to compete for cash prizes in an "idol"-like setting, in order to encourage participation in the art of vocal performance.

We're Not "your Grandmother's" Chorus!
Our Chorus has women from all walks of life. Our members may join at the age of 14 years and there is no age limit. We have members in their teens, twenties, forties and beyond, but we are all ageless in our friendships. We are a group of women who truly like and accept each other. We are seeking more women who are interested in music and friendship the way we are.We hope you will seek us out and give us a listen. You will be surprised at what you find.
